Production Worker

We are looking for a Production Worker to join our team and play a critical role in supporting a wide range of activities for the production process in raw materials section.
As a key member of the Sensient team, you will be required to push boundaries and innovate onsite in the office, 5 days per week.
What you will do:
- To support and assist the Production Foreman in accomplishing various activities in accordance to set standards, policies and requirements of the operation.
- Strict compliance with the sanitation and hygiene guidelines to conform to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Strictly follow Quality Assurance programs and standards to ensure product excellence.
Implementation of the Food Safety and Quality Management System (FSQMS), Halal Assurance System (HAS), and EHS programs in respective production lines.
- Report issues and concerns that may affect the effective implementation of the Food Safety and Quality Management System (FSQMS) program of the Company.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned to or required for the job.
What you will bring:
- Graduate of any 2-year Technical or Vocational course, College degree preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in production operation, preferably in a food manufacturing set-up.
- Knowledge in HACCP/GMP/Sanitation/Personal hygiene required.
- Other competencies required: technically-inclined, physical stamina and mobility, reliability and honesty, good interpersonal skills, strong work ethics and values, and a team player.
Skills & Abilities:
Entry level position with work experience related to food industry.
General technical knowledge.
Basic understanding of core technologies applicable to the business unit.
Team player with a drive to learn/acquire new knowledge.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
