Executive Assistant II

We are looking for an Executive Assistant ll to join our Human Resource administrative team. You will serve as the key point of contact for Sensient Natural Ingredients (SNI) based in Turlock, CA.  This position operates from the main administrative building and is the primary resource for members of the SNI Leadership Team. You will provide general administrative assistance to division heads in Plant Operations, Marketing, Quality Control/Quality Assurance, Field & Research, Supply Chain, Sales, and Human Resources.  

What you´ll do:

• Function as the administrative assistant and provide exceptional front desk service and support on a daily basis to customers, vendors, visitors as well as to SNI employees and the general public.  
• Manage employee outreach efforts to include internal/external communication to management/employees and regulatory agencies as needed and manage special projects such as month/quarterly and annual employee relations events.
• Serve as the Executive Assistant to the GM for travel arrangements, expense reporting, meetings coordination and other duties assigned
• Actively manage calendar of appointments for the executive team, coordinate and manage calendar for outside visitors with ability to reorganize appropriately
• Assist with new products cross functional team meetings, helping to update master grant charts, draft and distribute meeting minutes, and update and process reports as needed
• Advises management of potential problem areas and recommends / implements solutions as appropriate

About Sensient Natural Ingredients 

Sensient Natural Ingredients is one of the largest producers and distributors in the world of dehydrated onion and garlic products as well as chili powder, paprika, chili pepper and dehydrated vegetables such as parsley, celery, and spinach. These ingredients are used in many of today's popular convenience foods. The Natural Ingredients unit is located in Turlock, California. 

The salary range for this position is $70,000-$82,000 USD.  Pay within the range is based on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, education, work experience, specialized training, and labor market conditions.  In addition to salary, Sensient is proud to offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits program to support the holistic well-being of our employees and their families.
