We are looking for a Production Operator to join our team to be responsible for the daily manufacturing of products following our recipes. You will learn how to work across a variety of production lines in our facility all while making a competitive wage and receiving support from your community of compassionate leaders

What you’ll do: 

• Learning a variety of production roles to fill gaps in the line throughout the week 
• Reading and following detailed recipe cards while producing high-quality products 
• Operating a forklift safely in a busy plant with on-site training provided, if needed
• Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace that complies with company and government policy 

What you’ll bring: 

• Adaptability to do different activities each day with strong attention to detail
• Interest in being a part of an effective and productive manufacturing process
• Ability to read, write with desire to continually learn and improve
• Knowledge of Industrial Safety and Hygiene guideline with previous experience in plant production sites with added plus of exposure to food industry
