Are you a high-performing Sales Account Manager ready to own and grow a key book of business—anywhere in the USA near a major airport?
If you thrive on closing complex deals, navigating RFI/RFP processes, and negotiating multi-year contracts, this is your opportunity to make a real impact. You'll manage a set of high-value, strategic accounts and play a critical role in protecting and expanding long-term client partnerships.
We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused sales leader who knows how to deliver results and build trust across every stage of the customer journey.
Do you have?
Sales Leadership Skills – A proven track record of managing and growing revenue within existing accounts. You know how to protect your territory while identifying new opportunities.
Strategic Thinking Ability– Experience managing complex sales cycles and crafting creative solutions in response to RFI/RFPs and unique commercial challenges.
Relationship Excellence – You're a trusted partner to your clients, known for clear, consistent communication and a high-touch, responsive approach that builds long-term loyalty.

What You’ll Do:
- Sales Execution: Implement sales and pricing strategies, while delivering exceptional responsiveness to existing customers in the Flavors and Extracts markets across North America.
- Contract Management: Understand, manage and renew existing contracts and Requests for Information/Pricing for complex, global accounts; Discover opportunities to support business continuity through new agreements as well.
- Collaboration Across Teams: Work cross-functionally with our R&D, Commercial, Operational, and Service teams to ensure we deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
- Data & Reporting: Communicate key information to management, maintain accurate records and customer files, and ensure the smooth flow of relevant details across departments.
What You’ll Bring:
- A university degree in business or the sciences.
- 10-15 years of sales or procurement experience.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, excellent organization and project management skills, customer service and results orientation.
- The ability to navigate large accounts and partner with key decision makers on large deals.
- A strategic approach to nurturing business and delivering excellent relationship management at existing accounts.

The salary range for this position is $110,000.00 to $140,000.00. Pay is based on several factors which may include, but are not limited to, education, work experience, certifications and labor markets. In addition to salary, Sensient is proud to offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits program to support the holistic well being of our employees and their families. This position is bonus eligible,
