Production Operator

We are looking for a Production Operatorto join our team and support the Colors & Flavors businesses in Turkey. This position is a key member of the Sensient team, where you will be required to push boundaries and add value onsite in the office.

What you’ll do:

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times, ensuring compliance with PPE policy, established employee hygiene and GMP procedures
• Over time, build complete knowledge of production equipment to maintain equipment and maintenance schedules, and keep up-to-date records
• Operate, maintain and troubleshoot all HVAC equipment, including boilers
• Identify opportunities to further improve production efficiency / safety and report these to supervisors
• Sanitation procedures for equipment and premises as outlined by our standards
• Perform pre-operational inspections
• Approve and release incoming raw materials based on specifications
