At Sensient India, we count on the customer service department to interact professionally with all our customers when they have questions or concerns. We’re looking for a highly skilled customer service representative to join our team and handle inbound and outbound phone calls, email requests and interactions using a friendly, helpful and mutually amicable approach. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who can think on their feet and resolve any issues with a customer-first business mentality. Serving as the voice and face of our company, the representative will be integral in reinforcing our reputation for exceptional customer service.

What will you do:           

  • Experienced in processing sales orders, sale invoices, e-way bill, LC, LCA and related documents to facilitate timely and accurate movement of goods. Liaison with Transporters / CFA.  
  • Well Versed with Tally, Excel, Order to Cash Process (OTC) & OTIF, Forecasting and Planning.
  • Exhibits good customer management skills (Domestic / International) excelling in negotiations, planning, scheduling and ensuring payment on time.
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date inventory records per trackers, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating with the procurement team to ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained 
  • Resourceful in addressing customer inquiries, customer concerns, and complaints related to the assigned category, providing excellent customer service.

What will you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education is required. 
  • At least 10 years of experience in Customer Service. 
  • Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
  • Ability to solve problems, alleviate conflicts and avoid escalations.
