Facilities & Security Supervisor

As a Facilities & Security Supervisor you will lead facility maintenance, support engineering efforts, and help create a safe, efficient, and well-organized environment across a manufacturing site and office spaces. You will also take ownership of site security systems and play a key role in projects that support growth and long-term performance.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and coordinate daily work for facilities maintenance team members and ensure work is completed to high standards
• Oversee site security systems, including access badges and camera platforms, and coordinate with corporate partners
• Identify safety risks and ensure all safety and environmental practices are consistently followed
• Troubleshoot ongoing building, and equipment issues and implement long term solutions
• Lead facility and infrastructure projects, including planning, vendor coordination, vender contract negotiations and execution
• Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance facility performance and support business growth

What you'll bring: 

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong facility maintenance experience, ideally within a large site or complex organization
• Experience managing vendors, including contract negotiation and performance oversight
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
• Proven project management ability with strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Solid technical knowledge of facility operations, equipment maintenance, and building systems
• Working knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) preferred
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues to root cause and implement effective corrective actions
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across teams and organizational levels
• Familiarity with security platforms such as Genetec, with the ability to support and troubleshoot site security systems
