Process Engineer

We are looking for a Process Engineer to join our dynamic team at the Juneau facility. In this key role, you'll be at the center of the manufacturing process, ensuring production runs smoothly and identifying areas for process improvements. You'll use your understanding of production/engineering processes to analyze and improve production outcomes by collaborating closely with our operations and engineering teams. 

What you’ll do:

• Collect, analyze, and report data related to production throughput, processing times, and yield rates for all products. 
• Use data to recommend, evaluate, and implement new engineering projects, protocols, and parameters to improve production throughput. 
• Use root cause analysis methods to prevent downtime and troubleshoot issues with operations team members.

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Food Processing Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience in food manufacturing or chemical industry preferred. 
• Experience using data to improve production processes or implement engineering changes. 
• Ability to learn all operations areas, personnel, and processing times for batches. 
• A positive and can-do attitude.  
• Root cause analysis experience.
