HR Coordinator

We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team and provide essential support to help manage HR operations. This pivotal role will support a variety of HR related functions while collaborating with business partners, working onsite 5 days a week. Your contributions will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR processes and a positive employee experience.

What you’ll do:

• Coordinate new hire orientations and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure effective onboarding.
• Analyze HR data including headcount, on boarding surveys and turnover metrics, to provide valuable reporting and insights for the organization.
• Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews.
• Maintain HRIS by processing employee data changes and conducting regular audits to ensure data accuracy.
• Provide general customer service and act as the main point of contact for HRIS-related issues, as well as help with system updated and enhancements of various HRIS tools.
• May support special projects at the Group, Business Unit or Corporate level as needed.

What you’ll bring:

• 2 years of professional work experience, preferably in a corporate or manufacturing environment.  
• Strong skills in data analysis accompanied with experience creating reporting to help measure and summarize key metrics.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, writing, and organizational skills coupled with high attention to detail.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and preferable familiarity with HR systems.
• A results-driven approach with the ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize and deliver quality results.
• Bachelor's or Associates degree preferred. 
• A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and managing sensitive information with integrity.

The team is located at Hoffman Estates, Illinois.The salary range for this role is 54,700 - $91,150. Pay within the range is based on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, education, work experience, specialized training, and labor market conditions.
