Supervisor Operations

At Sensient Technologies, we are experts in color and flavor. We are currently seeking a Supervisor Operations to join our Operation Department, who possesses the qualifications listed below, to work in our company that develops and produces natural extracts and food colorants.

What you’ll do:

• Responsible for managing direct workers with particular focus on production aspects.
• Contributes to the definition of the production budget and ensures its implementation for the part related to the managed plant, identifying the most suitable solutions for achieving objectives.
• Manages the plant's human resources in terms of assessment, training, and labor relations in collaboration with Company Management.
• Coordinates a group of collaborators and ensures their development.
  

What you’ll bring: 

• University degree (preferably Chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering)
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar position
• Team management experience (preferably both blue & white collar)
