The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for a variety of responsibilities including processing customer order, resolving customer request and issue, communication with account managers and the customer service manager to ensure excellent performance of OTIF.

Your success in this role will be:

  • Follow standardized process to accept customer order and confirm delivery schedule. 

  • Performs a variety of customer transactions - order entry, processing, complaint, documents, customer survey, follow-up

  • Reviews production and shipping schedules to determine impact on customers’ expected deliveries. 

  • Follows up variety of customer service reports and sales related reports.

  • Ensure all activities follow company policy.

You have a 360° customer-oriented mind-set:

  • Works closely with sales account managers, shipping, purchasing, production, planning and related teams to provide good customer service.

  • Interact with and follow up related requirements of related Sensient sites.

  • Effective and quick response to all kinds of inquiries from customers. 

Your technical skills should include: 

  • Knowledge of customer service.

  • Addresses complex problems and efficiently responds with solutions.

  • Good verbal and written communication.

  • Experience with ERP system.
