Sensient Technologies New Zealand, is a fast growing business unit within the Sensient Flavours & Colours, Asia-Pacific Group. We provide quality food ingredients to our customers on a world-wide basis, and are highly successful through our attention to customer service, creative technological innovation and product quality. We are seeking a self-motivated person with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism with a can do attitude.  Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are essential along with the ability to multi-task. Attention to detail is a must, including accurate data entry.

This opportunity is 100% office-based at our Mt Wellington office. 

What you will do: 

• Sales order processing

• Receiving inbound calls and handling of enquiries

• Supporting the sales and management teams

• Facilitate technical support and samples to promote our customer’s growth 

What you’ll bring:

• High school diploma or related qualification. 

• 1 year of customer service experience. 

• Team player
