Sales Account Manager-Trainee

We are seeking for motivated Sales Representative Trainee to join our team in Philippines. The Trainee can expect to spend 24 months in various departments during this training program with the ultimate goal of achieving the ability to perform as either an Account Manager or Applications Technologist for Sensient Philippines handling both Industrial and QSR accounts. This exciting opportunity is 100% office-based at our Biñan City in Laguna, Philippines office.

Upon selection, the Sales Representative Trainee will participate in a program designed to prepare one for a career in either field sales or technical. The program consists of departmental rotations which include:

• Technical Training in the applications lab
• Sales Support and Marketing
• Customer Service

What you will bring on: 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of professional experience in R&D, customer service, or inside sales. Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Candidates must be interested in a career in professional sales or technical.
