Logistics Analyst

We are looking for an on-site Logistics Controller (CDD 9 months) to join our supply chain team in Strasbourg. 

In this role you are responsible for the 3^rd party Logistics, 3^rd party Warehousing, shipping and receiving functions within the UK for EU Flavors

What you’ll do: 

• Monitor raw material deliveries and ensure they are booked onto the relevant ERP system within a timely manner
• Identify raw material sampling requirements, arrange shipments and record documentation for raw material dispatched to our manufacturing partners 
• Update Sensient ERP system with QC data and release as required
• Coordinate in/external issuing of relevant taxation documents to ensure timely dispatch to customer
• Investigate and reconcile inventory queries
• Support month end warehouse activities
• Perform Import/Customs clearance authorization process for 3rd party logistics

What you’ll bring: 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or minimum 5+ years work experience at a professional level 
• Knowledge in ERP system (JDE is advantageous) and Microsoft Office 
• Strong communication, planning and organisational skills, with a proven ability to support multiple sites
• A solution orientated and proactive approach, always looking to improve current practices
• Ability to prioritise processing large amounts of data within short time frames
• Results-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
