Sales Support Coordinator

We are looking for a Sales Assistant for the Saint Ouen l'Aumône site (Val d'Oise, France) to join our team of Sales Assistants.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for assisting and supporting sales representatives in the EMEA region.

What you'll do:

• Receiving customer calls and messages, responding to requests related to your area of ​​expertise and/or directing calls
• Entering requests: samples, pricing
• Receiving and sending commercial documents, providing technical and regulatory files, handling customer complaints
• Interacting with all internal departments (Booking / Shipping / Planning / Quality)
  

What you'll bring:

• Bac + 2/+3 / BTS in Business Unit Management / DUT in Administrative and Commercial Management of Organizations
• Team player / Commercial sense, Customer focus
• Organized, rigorous, and creative, with the ability to work independently on assigned tasks and be proactive
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) is essential
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
