Sales Support Coordinator

We are seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to join our growing team!  This exciting role will be responsible for providing organizational support to the Sales Account Managers. The job involves balancing a variety of demands and projects on a daily basis. Key characteristics include being able to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi-task and prioritize, and to be confident to make important decisions. 

What You’ll Do:

• Enter document requests into Sensient Docs and the Customer Request portal; has the ability to compile large requests to send via OneDrive.  Assist the Pricing team as needed with annual price letter creation 
• Processes sample requests into Salesforce.  Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• Communicate regularly with the Sales Director, Account Manager(s), Customer Service, and General Manager regarding any special situations.
• Acts as a liaison between Sales and Customer Service team to ensure the corrective action and root cause of inquiries are communicated to the customer
• Handles miscellaneous projects as requested.      Other duties as assigned as the team evolves.  Travel once per quarter with Account Manager as necessary

What You’ll Bring: 

• High school diploma or GED required, with 2-3 years of reporting/administrative experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and JDE systems is a plus.
• Strong computer knowledge with Microsoft products. Capable of analyzing data and problem solving
• Ability to interpret information to develop presentations, charts and spreadsheets with a high level of accuracy
