Technical Service Manager

Are you ready to take your career to the next level with a global leader job in cosmetic innovation? We are looking for a Technical Service Manager - Make-Up and Color to lead a dynamic team of Application Technologists and drive technical excellence across our EMEA region.

This position is based at our office in Saint-Ouen l’Aumone, France, with approximately 35% travel to support our Sales Account Managers across the region. 

What you'll do:

• Collaborate closely with Sales and Technical teams to identify new business opportunities and define tailored technical solutions for clients
• Use your deep technical expertise to promote our products and provide technical support to customers
• Act as the technical voice of the customer, solving complex challenges and guiding them to the right product choices
• Lead and coordinate the Application Lab activities for Make-Up and Color cosmetics, ensuring:
  • Timely development of innovative formulas aligned with market needs and customer briefs
  • Successful execution of technical support for new product development, trade shows, demos, and customer events
• Stay ahead of the curve by continuously updating your knowledge on trends, new technologies, regulations, and the competitive landscape

What you will bring:

• A degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field
• Proven, in-depth experience in applied technology, technical sales or extensive laboratory experience focused on make-up, hair or cosmetic color applications
• Formulation and management skill
• Experience with direct customer interaction is strongly preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• A solution-driven mindset with outstanding prioritization and project management capabilities
