Regulatory Specialist I, Singapore

As part our Regulatory team, you will be part of the Global Regulatory structure in highly stimulating and exciting environment. You will be responsible for supporting the regulatory team in project developments and providing support to Sales Account Managers (SAM) in charge. This exciting opportunity is 100% office based at our Biopolis office. 

Responsibilities: 

• Monitoring regulatory development and updates in APAC mainly but not limited to cosmetic products.
• Organizing and creating regulatory files for data submission.
• Liaising and negotiating in the interface with stakeholders in APAC to gather required information and perform necessary actions.
• Communicating and collaborating with other overseas affiliates and Singapore office colleagues to follow up on projects and actions.
• Uploading documents and data in company internal system and perform approval steps. Database and item coding maintenance.
• Support to draft new regulatory documentation based on the available data
• Be the first contact point for SAM for any regulatory/quality related queries and supporting them on regulatory matters concerning customer questionnaires and customer visits.

What you will bring: 

• Fluent in English and Chinese.
• Knowledge in regulatory matters in Japan for cosmetic and other regulatory area is appreciated.
• Adept in using Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc)
• Can do attitude and ability to grind/do same stuff repeatedly without losing accuracy.
• A pro-active, organized & meticulous person who is able to multi-task and prioritize with limited supervision
• Strong communication skills and teamwork attitude.
• Basic knowledge in chemistry is appreciated
