Executive Assistant II

Sensient is growing!! We are looking to adding an Executive Assistant to support the Director of Operations for Food Colors US and plant leadership.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide admin services for Director of Operations and additional plant leadership. 
• Assist in special projects and works independently on assignments. Handle confidential material with possible interface to corporate and other departmental levels.  Maintain a professional image as initial contact with management personnel, customers, outside visitors, etc. 
• Create, update, and manage manufacturing performance Score Cards, including additional KPIs: Efficiency, Uptime, Breakdowns, etc.
• Coordinate travel for Operations Director and managers. Plan and coordinate meetings for all plant executives, including issuing invitations, reserving facilities, catering arrangements, and guest travel.​
• Prepare expense reports for Operations Director. Support Ops Director managing agenda and Site Governance.

What You’ll Bring: 

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of administrative assistant or general business experience.
• Advanced skill in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in data management and related software skills. Basic Quality Tools preferred: Pareto, Trends, RCS, etc. 
• Entrepreneurial (Creativity/Leading Change/Innovation)
• Time Management. Planning & Priority Setting
