Global Talent Acquisition Manager

We are looking for a forward-thinking, action-oriented GlobalTalent Acquisition Manager to join our global talent acquisition team based out of our Flavors & Extracts division headquarters in Hoffman Estates, IL. 

To be successful in this role, you have relevant recruitment experience in the Americas (international a plus), and an aptitude and excitement for the latest recruiting trends and technologies.  You embrace data and KPIs and use them to elevate performance and continuously improve.  You are an excellent internal and external networker and are willing to roll up your sleeves to provide the support needed to your business partners and team.

What you’ll do:

• Work independently to ensure assigned positions are filled efficiently and effectively
• Proactively source, identify, and engage with top talent through a variety of channels for current and future hiring needs
• Be an ambassador of our employer brand to attract the best profiles  
• Fill highly complex roles yourself through active sourcing and recruiting 
• Improve candidate experience with an end-to-end approach

The salary for this position is $80,000- $110,000 USD.  Pay within the range is based on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to education, work experience, specialized training, and labor market conditions.  In addition to salary, Sensient is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits program to support the holistic well-being of our employees and their families.
