We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Marketing Operations Manager to support the development of our digital marketing activities and lead generation initiatives in the Beauty & Personal Care ingredients industry.
Your mission will be to build and optimize our digital marketing ecosystem, combining inbound and outbound marketing initiatives to generate qualified leads and support customer engagement.

You will be a key member of the Sensient global marketing team with a focus onEurope, Middle East & Africa in a B2B environment, reporting to marketing director.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING? 

1. Inbound Digital Marketing & Lead Generation:

Develop and manage digital marketing initiatives to attract and engage potential customers. (Managing and optimizing company websites and social media, identifying opportunities for improvement, promoting webinars…)

2. Outbound Digital Marketing & Customer Engagement:

Develop digital tools that support customer interaction and sales activities. (marketing content on sales enablement tool, digital customer experiences linked to samples, marketing materials or events)

3. Content Creation & Marketing Materials

Create and maintain high-quality marketing content supporting innovation and commercial activities. (Developing and maintaining digital and printed marketing materials, brochures, sales presentations and product documentation, Video development)

4. Marketing Operations, Analytics & Lead Management

Ensure that marketing initiatives are measurable and contribute to business growth. (Tracking marketing KPIs, Driving marketing technology innovation and digital tool deployment…)

WHAT YOU’LL BRING?

• Solid understanding of digital marketing (lead tracking, traffic generation, engagement analytics)
• Strong project management skills
• A strong sense of aesthetics and visual
• Ability to combine data-driven marketing with high-quality content creation
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Your enthusiasm, creativity, and teamwork to create an amazing in-office environment full-time, 5 days per week.
