We are seeking for meticulous Accounting Coordinator who will be responsible for specific GL accounts. You will process end to end accounting transactions, analyzing and posting of transactions in the system and stay compliance to the internal control processes in posting of transactions, perform account reconciliation, follow-up collections and prepare reports required by Accounting Manager.

This exciting opportunity is 100% office-based at our Biñan City in Laguna, Philippines office.

What you will do: 

• Maintain accurate accounting records and filing of documents
• Preparing journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations and assisting with monthly close processes.
• Reconcile bank statements
• Develop and implement accounting procedures
• Analyze financial information
• Provide administrative support
  

You will bring on: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy; must be a Certified Public Accountant or equivalent certification.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Accounts Payable Analyst or Accounts Receivable specialist.
• Knowledge experience of internal controls and Accounting and taxation.
• A passion for details and the ability to explain them.
• Advanced background in accounting computer systems, and expert in excel functions and pivot tables, macro-excel is a plus.
