The Sensient Philippines Junior Sales Account Manager is dedicated to driving sales growth and maximizing margins across all product lines with developmental accounts across beverage, QSR, and savory customers amongst others. You will need to meet and exceed the territory sales targets, all while building strong relationships and elevating the Sensient brand with both existing and prospective clients. 

This position is a key member of the Sensient team, where you will be required to push boundaries and innovate onsite in the office, based in Biñan City in Laguna. 

What you will do:

• Strategic Lead Generation: Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities in the food flavors and colors segment through independent initiative and regular cold calling of prospective and existing customers.
• Stakeholder Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with customers' Purchasing and R&D departments, serving as a key technical contact for long-term projects.
• Customized Sales Proposals: Develop and present customer-specific proposals that highlight the value and quality of products, aiming to persuade and convert prospects into clients.
• Full Cycle Sales Management: Direct the entire sales process from initial opportunity identification through to securing purchase orders and ensuring successful delivery.
• Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct ongoing analysis of industry trends and competitor product lines to recommend strategic initiatives that enhance company brand equity and market position.
• Collaboration & Training: Actively contribute to sales meetings and professional development courses while collaborating with the Sales Manager to execute growth and retention programs. 

What you will bring:

• ​​Your background in chemistry, biochemistry, food science, or related discipline, or your strong technical sales experience will be critical to engage in technical conversations both internally and with customers.

• No sales experience required, as long as you enjoy working with clients and got the drive to win, a curious mind.

• Process oriented, project management and ability to manage significant business opportunities.​ Strong communication and motivational ability.

• Teamwork sense.

• Ability to travel to visit clients
