Production Operator

Major responsibilities could include:

• Operate and monitor various food processing equipment and forklifts
• Fill out paperwork related to run times, product types, tank levels, and production summaries
• Take samples of product to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform and lead daily, weekly, and monthly sanitation for your assigned area
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Flexibility with scheduling (8-hour, 12-hour shifts, weekends, Holiday’s)
• Ability to read, write, and a desire to learn 
• Able to handle 55-pound packages regularly and stand for extended periods of time
• Able to trouble shoot packaging system and scales
