Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service Department, who possesses the qualifications listed below, to work in our company that develops and produces natural extracts and food colorants.

What you’ll do:

• Coordinate customer communication throughout the order-to-delivery process by receiving orders via email, notifying relevant departments, monitoring production and delivery, and providing timely shipment updates to customers
• Organize shipments by coordination of internal units and provide customer requirements to all relevant departments to Sales, Production Planning ,Logistics and Finance
• Enter the export and imported product orders 
• Ensure proforma invoice is approved by customer and keep customer master data up to date 
• All necessary export documents are provided on time, order is processed in the credit limit frame and also coordinate logistics 
• Ensure that the planning function is carried out effectively with the sales, and production units
  

What you’ll bring: 

• Bachelor's degree in related departments
• Minimum 2-3 years of related experience
• Strong communication skills with fluency in Turkish and English (both written and spoken)
• Strong problem-solving skills and good time management, open to learn 
• Knowledge of MS Office programs
