Sales Support Coordinator, Pharma Europe

As our new Sales Support Coordinator you will address customer requests, specifically related to pre- and after support around orders. You work cooperatively with sales and other members of the distribution team to satisfy and intensify existing customers relationships and to increase customer satisfaction. This includes responsibility for customer requests, pricing, customer accounts and updating customer data.

This is a full-time role, based in our European Centre of Excellence in Geesthacht, near Hamburg.

What you'll do:

• Provide timely reply to customer inquiries, (e.g. on quotation, pricing, lead time, product availability) and manage customer complaints
• Provide product related standard documentation
• Maintain communication on all customer related topics with Account Managers, and provide daily support to them
• Indicate, initiate and lead continuous improvement of sales related processes 
• Support in the timely closure of sample requests and shipments
• Perform master data management (customer, pricing)

What you'll bring:

• You bring initial work experience in an office-based role, in an international environment 
• Your communication and negotiation skills help you to build relationships and enables you to convince your in/external customers
• You know how to use MS Office and ideally have some experience with Salesforce
• You have fluent English skills (written, oral). Other European languages are advantageous
• Your personality reflects the customer contacts part of your role. You are goal- and customer-oriented, reliable and known for seeing things through
