We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our Personal Care & Home Care team.

This job will report to the Sales Manager. This is a home-based role located ideally in Poland, or close to an internaltional airport in France, since the role will require intense travelling (approx. 60%) to visit customers, support your distributors, and to connect with the central services headquartered nearby Paris.

What you'll do:

  • You will primarily manage a wide network of distributors, setting targets and strategies, keeping them updated on all our activity, conducting joint meetings with their main customers, providing up-to-date training, and attending togheter local exhibitions and events. With the support of your Sales Manager, you will establish strategies to secure growth, and optimize & expand our distribution network. 

  • As a Sales Account Manager, you will visit customers across your territory with distribution partners. Target are Personal Care & HII segments in Central Eastern Europe and exclusively HII (home care, industrial & institutional cleaning) in DACH & Benelux. You will create opportunities and deploy necessary actions, both technical and commercial, to secure growth. You will create and follow up a diversification program to secure activity through all our areas of expertise.

  • As part of a dynamic team, you will collaborate with internal teams across different departments that will support and ensure your success.

  • As part of your multiple activities, you will report in timely manner, on common platforms of CRM, communicate accordingly with our different support services and participate regularly in meetings to follow up your projects and needs.

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in a technical or business field. 

  • Working experience in B2B technical products (personal/home care, chemicals, etc.) that reflects high productivity of measurable results. Sales professionals but also technical applicants will be considered -if no sales experience you’ve got to prove a drive to win, a curious mind and be customer focused.

  • Experience managing resouces, ideally distributors or other channel partners.

  • A strategic approach to developing and winning business being savvy at selling technical, value-added solutions to a professional audience.

  • Fluency in English; in addition to Polish or German. 

  • Be a good relationship builder with excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with the drive and passion to win in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
