Sensient Guangzhou factory supplies additives or related raw materials/auxiliary ingredients to the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and cosmetics manufacturing industries. We serve a vast client base with a diverse range of products. We are seeking for a result driven Production Manager to oversee and lead the team ensuring effective plan execution and timely delivery of high-quality results.

What you will do: 

• Optimize production processes to drive efficiency and cost saving.   
• Coordinate resources, promoting teamwork and managing on-site production while enforcing safety protocols, GMP standards, and quality control measures
• Prioritizing team building and training to enhances skills and execution capabilities. 
• Collaborate with the R&D department to commercialize new products and continuously improve processes.  
• Address quality incidents and customer complaints by developing corrective actions and implementing continuous improvements.

What you will bring: 

• 5+ years of production management experience in the food, pharmaceutical, or chemical industries. Familiarity with food additive/ingredient production processes is preferred.  
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.  
• Experience in foreign-invested enterprises. Good English communication skills to engage with international colleagues.  
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in food additive regulations (e.g., HACCP systems) and familiarity with common production processes (mixing, dispersing, emulsification, spray drying) and equipment.
