Sensient Natural Ingredients is seeking a talented Intern – Field Representative to join our Summer 2025 Internship Program. This individual will have an opportunity to collect and analyze data related to crop performance in all Sensient Natural Ingredient growing regions.

What you’ll do:

• Develop a Sensient Natural Ingredient guide to successful onion and garlic crop growing for the grower in all of growing regions.
• Collect pesticide usage data and crop performance data on onion, garlic and parsley in all SNI growing regions.
• Review and upgrade current predictive models on stand count and yield performance.
• Develop a recommended Herbicide/Pesticide application program for growers of garlic, onion and parsley.
• Develop a yield analysis program for SNI Field Representatives that will produce a more accurate and timely yield prediction for SNI Onion and Garlic.  

What you’ll bring:

• An ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures and governmental regulations.
• The ability to write reports and procedures as well as the ability to effectively present information and data. Must be computer literate with excellent MS Excel skills.
• The ability to work with mathematical concepts including ratios, proportions and percentages.
• Must have a valid driver’s license in good standing. 
• Minimum of High School Graduate with some college level Agriculture related courses and working towards B.S. Degree in Agriculture, Ag Business, Plant Science or Business.

The Sensient Natural Ingredients group is part of Sensient Flavors & Extract Group and is one of the largest producers and distributors of dehydrated onion and garlic products as well as chili powder, paprika, chili pepper and dehydrated vegetables such as parsley, celery and spinach. These ingredients are used in many of today's popular convenience foods. The Natural Ingredients unit is located in Turlock, California.
