Material/Supply Chain Coordinator

What you’ll do:

• Review and manage customer cases, resolve and implement end-to-end solutions.
• Implement, review and ensure all export documentation.
• Coordinate supply chain and fulfilment between manufacturing sites, warehouse and customer.
• Ensure all stock integrity is kept to the highest level.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop a suite of KPI's across supply chain, and monitor and review these proactively.
• Interface between operations, Quality and master data to ensure system integrity on SKU setup and maintenance.
• React and respond in a timely manner to all customer enquiries.

What you’ll bring:

• Associates degree or equivalent education (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar industry with a supply chain background in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of warehousing and transport principles.
• English and French language fluency.
• Experience in WRS/ERP systems, with the ability to be a point of reference for issues and resolution.
• Experience of imports and exports.
