Supply Chain Data Clerk

In this temporary role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic production planning environment, as the Supply Chain Clerk supporting our Supply Chain team as we manufacture flavors, according to customer demand, plant capacity and raw material availability.   

What you'll do:

• Review data for deficiencies or errors and make any necessary changes 
• Assist with special projects that require large amounts of data entry
• Create spreadsheets to track product information and customer order information
• Provide assistance to Supply Chain to support the fulfilment of production plans and customer orders

What you'll bring:

• A graduate degree, or strong high school qualifications 
• You are highly numerate and able to manage complex data
• You are IT savvy and find it easy to learn new software, as this will drive your success in this role
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English language, and the ability to work well with all levels of employees
• Microsoft Excel skills are essential and knowledge of ERP systems would be advantageous.  We use JD Edwards 
• You may need to quickly shift from one project to another, and the ability to maintain accuracy and a positiv attitude are important
