We are seeking for a result driven Sales Account Manager. This role is a sales position based in Thailand, focused on driving growth, managing a distributor and fostering customer relationships within the Personal Care sector. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager (based in China), you will develop sales strategies, achieve targets, negotiate pricing, while ensuring compliance and business goals.

**This role requires 50% travelling and presence onsite in our Bangkok office when not visiting clients.

What you will do:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategic plans for product platforms and key market segments in Thailand to meet company sales targets.
  • Distributor & Customer Management: Manage existing customer relationships and build new business opportunities in Thailand.
  • Project Management & Coordination: Identify customer needs, manage projects, and communicate effectively with Technical, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to secure new business.
  • Pricing & Growth: Conduct annual price negotiations with customers and ensure sustainable growth in line with company compliance.

What you will bring:

  • ​​Either B2B sales experience or technical experience in a value-ad products industry - No sales experience required, as long as you have experience directly working directly with clients, know the market, and got the drive to win, and a curious mind.
  • Result driven mindset, process oriented, collaborative, project management skills, strong communication and motivational ability.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent English, and the ability to converse in Chinese would be a strong advantage.
