Inventory Coordinator

As an Inventory Coordinator, you will play an important role in ensuring our systems stay aligned with physical stock. This role will be developing and collecting data from production and warehouse operations to drive and assist in operational decisions. 

 What you’ll do:

• Execute daily cycle counts in the warehouse, reconcile bulk tanks and update data to ensure accuracy between physical inventory and system trackers (JD Edwards).
• Collaborate closely with production and logistic teams to ensure accuracy of inventory and shipping products on time and in full. 
• Complete root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies and develop strategies to optimize inventory.
• Generate comprehensive reports on inventory, identifying trends, areas of improvement, variance reporting, month end, and provide actionable insights for leadership.
• Actively move throughout plant warehouses, in all weather conditions, lifting up to 55 lb packages. 

What you’ll bring:  

• Detail oriented and analytical mindset with a meticulous approach to counting, data entry, and problem solving
• Technical experience working in an ERP system, preferably JDE and Microsoft Excel.
• Previous experience in inventory management.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with all team members within the organization  
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize effectively.
• Licensed to operate a fork truck (will train the right candidate)
