What you’ll do:

• As a Sales Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to sell our top-shelf, value-added flavors and ingredients portfolio to world-class customers in the Food Away From Home (FAFH) space.
• Focus on business development directly with Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) and other national accounts for core menu item innovation.
• You will be given ownership over your sales territory with the ability to manage and grow your business. As a part of a dynamic team, you will have internal resources structured to support and ensure your success.

What you’ll bring:

• Experience and knowledge of the Food Away from Home (FAFH) value chain is a plus. Even better? Have you spent time on the bench in R&D? We’d love to hear from you! Your technical expertise could be the perfect foundation for success in this role — no sales experience required.
• A strategic approach to developing business and winning new accounts.
• The ability to navigate large accounts and partner with key decision makers for innovative new product development projects.
• The drive and passion to win!
• A college degree in business or the sciences (preferred) plus a minimum of 2+ years’ experience for this role.

• About Sensient Flavors:

 The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $145,000 USD.  Pay within the range is based on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, education, work experience, specialized training, and labor market conditions.  In addition to salary, Sensient is proud to offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits program to support the holistic well-being of our employees and their families.  This position is also eligible for performance-based incentive pay.

• RELOCATION: We are unable to offer relocation assistance. The successful candidate will be expected to work near a major airport on the East Coast/Southeast of the USA
