Customer Service Coordinator

In your role, you will provide excellent customer service and administrative support to our business. You will have opportunities to interact with diverse cultures and also learn to build relationships when coordinating with various parties inside and outside the organization to enhance personal and company effectiveness. 

What you'll do:

• Handling all incoming customer enquiries through multiple channels including phone, e-mail and in-person interactions
• Providing prompt and professional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborating closely with sales team to coordinate sample requests and support various tasks as needed
• Managing the reception area including greeting visitors and maintaining a tidy and welcoming environment
• Providing other administrative support such as filing, data entry, document management, and coordinating of meetings and events
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products, services and policies

What you'll bring:

• Ideally, you hold a bachelor’s degree in any fields with a few years’ experience in customer service or office administration. If you are a new graduate with zero experience but wish to pursue a career with Sensient, we are also ready to welcome you. 
• Communication skills with a strong customer service orientation
• The abilities to deal with people, prioritize, and communicate in English will be a strong foundation for your career advancement at Sensient.
