We are looking for a Planning Manager to join our team to lead a global team of talented planners at our site in Saint-Ouen l’Aumône (Paris) and work closely with our production site in Kings Lynn (England/UK). You will be responsible to live and improve our best practices in planning of raw materials, production schedules, finished goods, demand forecast and repack operations. 

As a key member of the Sensient team, you will be required to push boundaries and innovate onsite in the office, 5 days per week. 

What you’ll do

• Coordinate all planning activities
• Ensure the best level of service and give reliable leadtime to customers
• Manage the stock and safety stock to achieve the target setup by the group
• Communicate between sites and departments
• Guide and train the team in planning best practiced based on our ERP system
• Benchmark and share best practices with our production site in UK

What you’ll bring

• Minimum 5 years of experience as planner or planning manager
• Fluent in French and in English
• Deep understanding of planning processes in ERP systems like JDEdwards or SAP
• Hands-on mentality and problem-solving capabilities
• Good analytical skills 
• Excellent collaboration and relationship skills
