HR Generalist

The HR Generalist is responsible for providing analytical and operational day to day support to the business across various HR functions such as talent acquisition, on-boarding, organizational changes, staffing, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, compensation management, development of staff, talent planning process and employee relations.

In this role you can be on a full-time or part-time basis (min 30 hours) and you will be on-site in our offices/plant in Heverlee, near Leuven. 

What you will do:

• Act as HR contact providing day-to-day support for the Belgium site
• Recruitment: work with temporary staff agencies, review CVs, interview and organize onboarding for new employees
• Handle the administration of benefits
• Maintain data integrity by running reports, queries, analyzing data, conducting internal and assisting with external audits; updating employee database system

What you will bring:

• Solid experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated knowledge of Belgian labor law
• Full fluency in Flemish and good working knowledge of the English language (oral/written)
