Supervisor Trainee Operations

Position Summary

As a Plant Operations Engineer Trainee at Sensient, you will enter a developmental program designed to prepare you for a long-term career in manufacturing and plant operations. The program includes hands-on experience in various plant functions, including engineering, quality, safety, and automation, while working closely with senior leaders and operations managers to develop your skills and determine your career path.

• Participate in rotational assignments across key plant functions such as:
  • Project Engineering and Management Systems
  • Personnel scheduling, training, and troubleshooting
  • Process efficiency, yield improvement, and automation
• Lead or assist in projects related to product quality, inventory accuracy, safety, and root cause analysis
• Work under the guidance of experienced managers to build a foundation in 24/7 plant operations
