Manager Supply Chain Senior

We are seeking a Supply Chain Senior Manager who will play a key role in strategizing and executing supply chain initiatives aligned with business goals, focusing on inventory optimization across multiple business units. Working closely with senior leadership, this role ensures operational efficiency, cost control, and supply continuity while driving process improvements within an integrated, enterprise-wide supply chain strategy. This role will include 25% travel. 

What you will do:

• Support and execute the global supply chain strategy, aligning with business objectives and collaborating with senior leadership to drive optimization and process improvements.
• Optimize logistics, warehousing, distribution, and inventory planning to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery while minimizing excess and shortages.
• Monitor KPIs and use data-driven planning to improve materials flow, lead times, and replenishment strategies across multiple locations.
• Partner cross-functionally with procurement, manufacturing, sales, finance, and customer service teams to align operations, manage risks, and drive cost reduction initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and corporate policies while implementing technology-driven solutions to enhance supply chain visibility and resilience.

 What you will bring: 

• Expertise in supply chain planning, inventory optimization, and data-driven decision-making; expert level Excel skills, accompanied with familiarity with ERP systems like JDE and planning tools.
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field required; professional certifications (CSCP, CPIM, Six Sigma) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain operations, inventory management, logistics, and distribution, with proven ability to optimize processes and costs.
• Demonstrated leadership in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements and manage complexity.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills to support business-wide collaboration.
