 Sensient is looking for a motivated and results-driven Pharmaceutical Sales Account Manager (SAM) to oversee the Spanish & French sales region. In this exciting role, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping customer relationships, driving annual sales growth, and contributing to our innovative portfolio of Pharmaceutical Colors, Flavors, and Coatings.

As a SAM, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key customers, qualifying prospects, and maximizing business potential in your designated sales territory. You'll also have the opportunity to collaborate with our European commercial team, crafting tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of each account.

What you’ll do:

  • Sell value-added solutions and ingredients within the Pharmaceutical and Nutraceutical industries, driving growth and expanding market presence.
  • Manage and grow existing business while acquiring new customer accounts, building strong relationships across all relevant levels.
  • Handle accounts, collaborating with decision-makers to develop and execute new product development projects.
  • Develop, implement, and manage account-specific strategies, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market demands.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, monitor competitive products, and leverage internal resources (marketing, R&D, tech, manufacturing) to drive successful outcomes and support client needs.

What you’ll bring:

  • Hunter mentality and drive to deliver growth and securing new business opportunities in a technical sales B2B environment.
  • Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Expertise in account management, including strategy development, sales forecasting, and project management.
  • Fluency in French & English is a must, ideally also good command of Spanish.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and manage client expectations.
