DESCRIPTION

To follow up on the activities carried out in terms of equipment cleaning, monitoring of swabs for microbiological analysis, chemical control and follow-up of integrated pest management by the supplier of Sensient Flavors & Extracts Celaya Plant, as well as to guarantee the quality, legality and safety of the products manufactured.

WHAT YOU´LL DO?

• Quality and Safety Leader. Prerequisite compliance, Fraud and food defense; HACCP, as applicable.
• BRC. Implementation, maintenance and improvement of the processes required for food safety system.
• Food Safety Culture. Implement the Food Safety culture through training, specifications, in order to ensure the commitment of the areas involved and reduce potentially non-hazardous product and customer complaints.
• Verification of GMPs in site. Verifying that coworkers follow and respect GMPs in the Plant and reporting incidents that occur during the shift in the logbook
• Environmental preventive sanitation. Environment sanitation according to the program; it is an ongoing activity, giving priority to Hygienic Zones
