Production Assistant II

At Sensient Technologies, we are experts in color and flavor. We are currently seeking a Production Assistant to join our Production Department, who possesses the qualifications listed below, to work in our company that develops and produces natural extracts and food colorants.

What you’ll do:

• Design and implement production processes that meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards
• Continuously monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement
• Ensure that all production processes are carried out in accordance with the instructions
• Provide technical support to production personnel to troubleshoot process issues
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase yields, reduce waste, and improve product quality
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and company policies
  

What you’ll bring: 

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, food Engineering or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills & Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command in English
• Preferably 2 years of experience in food or chemical manufacturing
• Knowledge of process design, optimization, and control
• Experience with project management and process improvement methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean)
