The Technical Director Food Colors is responsible of leading the applications and technical services activities to ensure customer satisfaction. 

What you will do:

• Lead development and prioritization of projects and new processes.
• Lead compliance programs to ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Manage direct and cross functional teams to ensure alignment of objectives and development of suitable methodologies.
• Prioritize projects based on business impact.
• Provide technical guidance to business unit, group leaders and clients.
• Set process improvement initiatives throughout the organization to achieve Group Level KPI's.

What you will bring with you:

• Technical Degree (Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry or Food Science - Master / PhD in general science or food science preferred).
• Typically, ten or more years of experience in project management.  A minimum of five years of team management experience. 
• Understanding of the formulation, applications, development and production of technical food ingredients (colors preferred).
• Customer facing experience and commercial/business vision.
• Spanish and very good English language skills, spoken and written.
