Are you a passionate about translating key consumer insights into innovative new product ideas and strategies that help leading food companies grow their business. Are you a savvy presenter, capable of creating engaging and persuasive content? Then the Marketing Insights and Innovation Manager role at Sensient is for you. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Analyze market and consumer research and develop new product ideas, new product categories, and innovation strategies that leverage the value of natural food color in leading consumer food brands. 
• Create and deliver engaging and visually stimulating presentations that help Sensient’s customers make critical business decisions about their products and brands. 
• Help shape brand and product strategies by uncovering key consumer insights using both internal tools and external research agencies as needed.
• Lead the effort of market facing insights to help drive the market-to-opportunity efforts for our sales and technical product teams. 
• Provide data analysis and recommendations to clients at the manger level and above in a compelling manner. Use data mining tools to tailor presentations to align with customer needs and preferences.
• Travel to customer locations 30-50% of time.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration. 
• 3-5 years marketing experience. 
• Proficient in software used for creating presentations. 
• Ability to interact with all organizational levels.
