Are you an organized and proactive professional with 2-3 years of experience in marketing, business, or customer relations? We’re looking for an Entry-Level Business Support Specialist to support the three General Managers of our Colors Division (Food NA, Pharma, and NS&E). This is a dynamic, high-visibility role perfect for someone eager to develop their career and gain broad exposure in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll assist with managing calendars, coordinating travel, supporting meetings and events, and handling confidential tasks with discretion. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and take on special projects — ideal for a motivated individual ready to grow within the organization.

What you'll do:

• Provide executive-level administrative support to General Managers of Food NA, Pharma, and NS&E, including calendar management, travel coordination (domestic and international), expense reports, and confidential correspondence.
• Plan and manage meetings and events, including facility reservations, catering, AV setup, conference calls, hotel bookings, and visa letters for international visitors.
• Coordinate office operations such as ordering supplies (Staples, Amazon), maintaining office equipment, managing subscriptions, and stocking refreshments for the Executive office.
• Support communication and logisticsfor the St. Louis site, including visitor logs, site announcements, birthday card distribution, flu shot event coordination, and internal phone listings.
• Collaborate with departments across the company, such as Corporate Legal for executive document processing and assisting at the front desk when needed.

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of experience in business, demonstrating strong organizational and support skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to type at 60+ words per minute.
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and proactive approach to handling administrative tasks, scheduling, and communication.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds, ensuring readiness to manage office supply logistics when needed.
