We are seeking a Tax Reporting Analyst who will bring their curiosity, attention to detail, and passion for numbers to a team where your work supports critical financial and compliance operations. This role is based at our headquarters and requires regular onsite presence to support team collaboration and access necessary systems. 

What you’ll do:

• Prepare and support the filing of income tax returns across federal, state, and local jurisdictions, along with select international returns
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax provisions, including related calculations and documentation
• Research federal and state tax issues and support internal decision-making with clear, concise analysis
• Contribute to tax audits by gathering requested information and evaluating proposed adjustments
• Review and reconcile fixed asset data to ensure proper tax classifications and reporting
• Support the ongoing improvement of systems and processes related to tax compliance
• Collaborate with Treasury and Accounting teams on additional compliance-related tasks as needed

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
• An ability to work independently, organize tasks effectively, prioritize and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a willingness to ask questions 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Excel.
• Previous exposure to tax or accounting systems is helpful but not required
• A thoughtful and methodical approach to documentation and reporting
• Experience with software such as Sage, Corptax, or JDE preferred.
