Customer Service Rep I

What You’ll do:

• Maximize customer satisfaction by processing orders and handling inquiries efficiently.
• Manage and support customer relationships, ensuring clear communication and superior service.
• Capture and convey customer feedback to improve processes and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.

 What You’ll Bring:

• A passion for excellent customer service and strong professional communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and manage time effectively.
• Collaborative team skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft systems.
• An Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with ideally 5+ years of customer service experience. Knowledge of product lines and performance measures, along with intermediate proficiency in JDE, is beneficial.
