What you’ll do:

  • Manage a portfolio of high value clients, serving as the primary point of contact to ensure satisfaction and long term retention
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts through thoughtful upselling, cross selling, and referral generation
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and maintain consistent, proactive communication
  • Represent the organization through client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities
  • Partner with internal teams to communicate client needs, feedback, and project expectations
  • Develop timelines, manage deliverables, and ensure high quality outcomes for client initiatives
  • Track account performance, monitor key indicators, and provide updates on progress and opportunities

What you’ll bring:

  • No prior sales experience is required if you bring a strong drive to succeed, natural curiosity, and an empathetic approach to working with others
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to develop business opportunities and win new accounts
  • Experience presenting and selling technical, value focused solutions to a professional audience
  • The ability to navigate complex organizations and build relationships with key decision makers to support new product development initiatives
