Sales Account Manager, Singapore/Malaysia

This exciting opportunity is 100% office based at our Biopolis office.
What you will do:
Managing portfolio of accounts to ensure growth and achieve long-term success
Develop a thorough understanding of the clients’ position in the market, their product/service, points of difference and competitive landscape
Developing positive relationships and act as the point of contact while handling customer’ needs
Respond to customers inquiries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience.
Manage client input and feedback for all projects with detailed direction and timelines
Generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks
Report on the status of accounts and transactions

Who are we looking for?
Min Bachelor degree on food science or relevant field
Min 8-10 years working experiences as Sales account manager in food & beverages industry
You're self-motivated, persuasive, and results-oriented.
Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced environment
