Join Sensient Cosmetic & Personal Care, a global leader in the industry, as our Regulatory Manager. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that our products meet the highest standards of regulatory compliance across multiple markets.

This opportunity is 100% office based in Somerset NJ.

What you’ll do:

• Regulatory Compliance: Oversee and ensure regulatory compliance for Cosmetics products in North and South America.
• Product Evaluation: Review customer specifications to ensure products meet local and international regulations, making critical compliance decisions for products across diverse categories.
• Oversight: Manage and lead to success a team of 2 locate din St Louis and Sao Paulo.
• Raw Materials & Vendors: Review and approve raw materials and vendors for quality and regulatory compliance, ensuring all ingredients and partners align with Sensient's high standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, quality assurance, and product development teams to ensure seamless regulatory alignment from concept to market.

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in science discipline or related field; master’s degree preferred. 
• 7 - 10 or more years of global regulatory experience preferred; management experience with people or process is required.
• Knowledge of Cosmetics industry specific laws.
